I
recently completed my first transaction with Countryside Cabinetry. I
purchased eight Craftsman style oak dining chairs. All of the questions
I had regarding the construction of the chairs were immediately answered
by Esther. My request that they be unfinished was no problem, which was
not the case at other retailers. The quality and cost of shipping was a
concern to me, however Countryside Cabinetry's prices were low enough so
the shipping costs were manageable. The shipment arrived on time and
was packaged extremely well (it could have survived a fall off the
truck). The furniture is constructed well and the quarter Sawn white
oak used is beautiful. In summary, I received quality furniture at a
great price with excellent service. I will definitely be looking at
Countryside Cabinetry for my next furniture purchase. |

This was my first major
internet purchase – a GORGEOUS pedestal table and 4 side chairs. The
exceptional quality and price surpassed anything I could have bought
locally. Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
Service was courteous and helpful. We are extremely PLEASED and would

I
searched or so long to find a solid oak table and the chairs that I
wanted. I found nothing at any store in the Portland Oregon area or my
local area that I really wanted. I then went online to find something
that I thought I would like. I looked at a lot of tables and chairs but
for the price and the quality I decided on Countryside Cabinetry. They
sent me the color chips that I requested and had information on their
product that satisfied my questions. I received my table and 10 chairs
and love them! Everyone that comes to my house is just amazed at the
price I paid and the quality that I received! Thank you Countryside
Cabinetry for being available and having so many choices so that I got
the table and chairs that I truly wanted. I will be purchasing other
items in the future. |

My family can't say enough good
things about Countryside Cabinetry. They are wonderful. My family had
been searching the internet for a nice solid wood entertainment center
and a china hutch as we had exhausted searching all the local stores. We
came across the website for Countryside. They had just what we wanted
and at the price range we were looking for. As many people are with
purchasing such an expensive item online, we were skeptical. We
contacted Countryside and asked if they could provide references.
Without hesitation, they provided references for us to contact. The
feedback was extremely positive and we decided to go ahead with a
purchase.
We placed an order for a two piece oak entertainment center and a
two piece oak canted front china buffet/hutch. The ordering process was
done via email and confirmation was received right away. We were given
an approximate timeframe on when construction of the items would be
completed. When we had questions about how the project was going, our
emails and phone calls were promptly replied to. When it was time to
select a stain, not sure which would be the right shade, Countryside had
samples sent to us so we could select the proper shade. Delivery of the
item was set up to our schedule. And it was nice having the option of
having the item just delivered to the home or delivered and set up. We
opted for the delivery and set up.
When the delivery men unwrapped the items, we couldn't believe how
beautiful the items were. The pictures on the website are good, but they
don't do justice to the finished product. The wood is absolutely
gorgeous! The finish stain is perfect! The construction is sound and
you can tell the items were made by expert craftsmen. Having an award
winning woodcarver in the family, we have some know-how in this area.
There wasn't a scratch or imperfection in any of the wood pieces. The
grains in the wood are breathtaking. The only mishap we had was one of
the glass shelves in the china hutch suffered a scratch and we were
missing a few of the shelving pegs. Not a problem as when we notified
Countryside, they promptly sent a replacement shelf and the pegs. Their
customer service is superb! It was so refreshing dealing with a company
that takes pride in the product they sell and takes pride in the
satisfaction of their customers. If you want beautiful hardwood
furniture, expertly constructed and superior customer service, you want
to order from Countryside Cabinetry and no-one else! |

We recently
renovated our kitchen with an old European style. The new breakfast area
includes a long narrow bench against which I wanted to put a table that
would fit the style of the kitchen, fit the odd shape of the space, and
be durable enough for our five year old and twin two year olds. We were
limited to finding a pedestal table, because a table with legs would not
allow overhang over the bench area. I decided I needed a long narrow
oval pedestal table that had a little bit formal country European look.
Normally I don't prefer oak, but thought that if I could have it
darkened to look like old English oak that it would minimize the grain
and we could benefit from the durability of oak.
Even though I live in
North Carolina where a lot of furniture is made, with three little kids
I don't have the time to drive around searching physically for pedestal
tables of the configuration I needed. Also, the kids were outgrowing the
high chairs and I needed to be able to use my kitchen eating area right
away! Having it made from scratch by a local cabinet company was cost
prohibitive. On a whim I decided to look on the internet and found
Countryside Cabinetry. I chose a style with a claw foot pedestal. I was
able to get the long narrow size I needed in a pedestal table, and
simply chose the elements I wanted to construct the table of my dreams.
Esther really worked with me on getting the stain I wanted. My mother
actually has a 400 year old English oak grandfather clock, so I had a
very specific idea of what ebonized oak should naturally look like.
Esther was quite amenable about my very custom request. It wasn't a
color that they had done before, and so they send me a couple of sets of
chips, really adjusting their processes to achieve what I was looking
for. I found one that really fit my idea of ebonized ancient oak. After
talking with Esther about the table and seeing the options on the
internet I was confident that what they would send me I could use. More
than just usable, I have to tell you that I am absolutely thrilled with
it. I tell everyone how happy this table makes me...I'm not kidding, and
I'm not one to gush. I understand why people feel a little anxious about
ordering over the internet, but with Countryside Cabinetry I received
exactly what I envisioned, it was easy to assemble, and it came at a
fraction of the price I would have paid otherwise. I have since seen
similar tables in Pier One, Pottery Barn, and William Sonoma and a
couple of other places. They are not nearly as well made, not as
durable, or exactly the right size for me, and are more expensive than
the one I received from Countryside Cabinetry. I feel like I've found a
secret source, and if I ever need a piece of furniture like this again
I'll definitely shop with Countryside Cabinetry. I'm very happy to make
this recommendation.
